02 / ELIGIBILITY
Minimum Requirements
Access Seekers must meet the following requirements.
Meet the minimum technical, operational, safety, financial and regulatory requirements set out in the Network Statement.
Comply with all applicable access requirements and assessment criteria.
Submit all the minimum supporting documentation/ information as outlined below.
Submit separate applications for each route (Origin – Destination) applied for.
